The so-called 'T-Rex leather' handbag, created using artificial intelligence and genetically modified cell culture technology based on collagen information extracted from the fossil of Tyrannosaurus rex, which went extinct 65 million years ago, was auctioned in Paris, France. This goes beyond just a fashion item and symbolizes the biotechnological challenge of creating high-quality materials without slaughtering animals. However, there is conflicting academic controversy in some quarters about calling it a 'real T-Rex' and criticism that it is nothing more than a marketing tool. On the other hand, the auction scene in the real estate market reveals a dark, bare face that is completely opposite to the splendor of art. In particular, the number of auctions held at knowledge industry centers in the metropolitan area has nearly tripled compared to last year, and more than 2,400 items passed the court threshold between January and May of this year alone. As the financial sector forces partial repayment of principal on maturing loans for risk management reasons, even borrowers who had been faithfully paying interest are being driven to the risk of bankruptcy. In this crisis situation, the government and private financial institutions have begun cooperation to minimize damage. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has joined hands with Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) and KB Kookmin Bank to sign an agreement to provide legal support for victims of lease fraud and support the costs of auction and public auction procedures. The purpose is to establish a safety net that allows victims to quickly return to their daily lives by supporting litigation costs and legal expert compensation to secure executive authority.
