Real-time congestion data by train car and 3D station floor plans are being utilized for private transport service development and disaster response simulations, making daily life more convenient and safer for citizens. This service innovation, combining public data with private creativity, is expected to boost both operational efficiency and service quality by providing real-time, customized information to subway users.
